Text Box: Announcement  NLACED is please to announce that Joseph Cavan, M.A.S. has accepted the position of Associate Executive Director/Program Manager where he was starting on Monday October 16th, 2010.  He will be working in Modesto area of Stanislaus County on health education and awareness for Lao seniors and Lao teenagers of multi-ethnic (Khmu, Mien, LaoLu, Hmong, Laolum). He was assigned to acting as an Executive Director of NLACED during my absence on vacation. He will be responsible for signing official documents such as grant applications and reports.
